Olivia Walker is a fifth year PhD candidate in Organizational Behavior at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler Business School.
Her research examines how workplace environments—particularly the physical design of workspaces—shape employee thriving, inclusion, and belonging. She explores how elements like office layout, flexibility, and transitions between spaces influence employees’ energy, creativity, and social connection.
