Olivia Walker is a second year PhD student in Organizational Behavior at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Her research is currently focused on exploring two overarching interests. In one stream, she is interested in allyship and how to improve advantaged group members' participation rates in equality oriented behaviors. In another stream, she is interested in the effect of the physical environment on human energy, creativity, and other job related behaviors.
